Meet the Team

Dr. David Stoll is an experienced physician having graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1980. His compassion for humanity has manifested itself in many ways. He has authored books and articles on women’s health, volunteered at local clinics and engaged in medical research on over 60 drug trials. Over the years, Dr. Stoll has volunteered his time for numerous charitable organizations and he and his wife were honorees at the annual Orthodox Union convention.

In 2018, Dr. Stoll initiated a series of lectures for the Los Angeles community on the topic of marital harmony. In 2022 Dr. Stoll formed a non-profit called Peace in the Home and expanded the reach of the organization to aid abused women and children. Dr. Stoll is involved in developing the speakers schedule, fund raising, interacting with clergy, schools, therapists and community organizations.

Michelle Levitin is a board member who is active in the organization. Ms. Levitin and her children are abuse survivors.

She assists abused women and their children in navigating the legal system, obtaining court orders of protection, obtaining legal counsel, getting loans, interacting with child protective services and various other legal and personal aspects of abuse.

Additionally, she is instrumental in ensuring that these abused victims are integrated into society in an accepting and loving way instead of being shunned and looked down upon or pitied. As such, she is active in arranging for placing the abused women and children with families for full meals, not just drop off food handouts. This builds relationships and bolsters self confidence. Additionally, Ms. Levitin arranges play dates for children and connects the family members with big brothers and big sisters. Ms. Levitin realizes that, even more than therapy, rebuilding self esteem and trust is not just talk, but action.

Austin is one of our big brothers. He enjoys spending time with younger boys playing sports or just going to 7-Eleven for a slurpie.

Rikki is one of our big sisters. She likes to hang out with the younger girls and give an ear to what is on their mind while having a good time.
